In conjunction with the Strategic Difference, NCEHSA is proud to offer its inaugural Leadership Training to EH Supervisor’s in their first 5 years of Leadership. We think you are going to absorb this quality training and in effect, strengthen EH in North Carolina. *1

We will offer 2 sessions across the state of NC targeting the small to medium sized counties that may not have access to training. Our first session is at East Carolina University while the other will be at Western Carolina University. There is a limit to the number of participants: 20 each session with 1 EHS from 1 county. The course is provided at no charge with your only expenses being transportation, hotel and food.

Your commitment to this seminar goes beyond the 2 days of in-house training. Your commitment includes:

• Letter of Recommendation from your Health Director.
• Take part in the pre-class Everything DiSC on Catalyst Assessment.
• 2 day in-class Retreat.
• Post Retreat, quarterly online workshops. 90 minutes duration.
• Evaluation and Follow-Up: provide feedback and provide a summary report with actionable insights.
